There are ten shares available in the Cloudmaster. An individual or organisation can own more than one share.
Each share provides sole use of the aircraft on 30 days.
A management fee is payable monthly and covers all fixed costs associated with the operation of the aircraft, including maintenance, insurance, pilots and cabin crew.
The only additional charge is for fuel used and any airport and airways fees.
Revenue from charters undertaken during a shareholder's allocation are paid directly to that shareholder, less an administration fee payable to the management company.
Approximately 60 days each year are reserved for maintenance and crew training activities.
